Racism affects all races people.

No, it really doesn’t. Like sexism and other forms of oppression, that’s just it, it needs OPPRESSION. There’s no sexism against men, there’s no racism against white people. Sure there’s hate, but not any “isms”which is why they don’t need any more help. People who don’t face oppression are already GETTING the best of everything, like the wage gap where men make more than women and white people make more than other races. THAT is why it’s NOT racist not to help white people.

As much as I adore you hun, we’ll have to agree to disgree because if there is one thing I will defend to the end of my days is that men suffer from sexism. I know women have always suffered and still do to this day.
But think of these;
Rape, men are seen as the attackers, never the victims.
Abusive relationships, again seen as the attacker not the victim.
Emotions, men are told they’re weak for showing them.
Eating disorders, though common are rarely spoke about.
If they’re not into sports, if they enjoy art, if they cross dress, have a camp voice, self harm, follow fashion and so many more things.
All frowned upon by society and instead of women and men coming together to end sexism on both sides, women think ‘Oh I’ve suffered longer, you’re seen as better off’ we do nothing. It breaks my heart.

You know that saying going around ‘You can’t tell someone to get over depression because there are people worse than them’ I always explain it as ‘Just because someone has cancer, it doesn’t make your broken leg hurt less’. No, they might not be ‘oppressed’ but we are oppressing them now by sticking up for everyone but them, by seeing all races but white as racism and seeing women suffering as sexism but not men. Isn’t any kind of discrimination wrong?

Nobody who is truly suicidal gives a fuck what anyone else thinks. They don’t care how many notes something gets or how long they will put it off for.

This is for attention and disgusting. You are trying to get attention off something that is a serious matter and is a disgrace.

I know because I was suicidal at a point last year. When I was un-medicated and my Major Depressive Disorder was at its peak. It didn’t make a difference what anyone said or did because it is a deep rooted mental issue.

You know what’s crazy?! That some women don’t wear makeup to impress men. Some women do it because they like it. When I wear 5 different colors on my eyes with bright ass pink lipstick I KNOW that shit ain’t cute. But you know why I do it? Because makeup is about having fun and being artistic. So if you don’t like my fabulously defined eyebrows I’m okay with that, I didn’t need your approval anyways. I just think some men really need to put their egos to the side and STOP thinking that everything women do is to impress you guys.

But no. I like feeling sexy because it helps with MY confidence. It’s not about other guys, i’m already in a committed relationship, but I like feeling good about how I look. Also, even before my relationship I would wear sexy lacy underwear and bras, but NO ONE were seeing them, so why did I wear them? Certainly not because they’re comfortable. Because I feel great about myself when I’m wearing them.
